Subba Rao born in Visakhapatnam, the author calls fondly Pineappleville for growing pineapples on southeast coast of India. Received Ph.D. In agricultural sciences from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad. Worked at sugarcane research institute in Jamaica. Immigrated to the United States in 1985. Retired after working in the field of environmental afairs. Now writes short stories for fun and travels. A gypsy at heart, the author like to live in different cultures. He believes that world is what it is and slow to change.
